This week I had the opportunity to travel with Nadine, a nurse from America, to a village about 2 hours from here called Owal.  Getting there was a bit of an adventure as we broke down on the way, caught a ride part way and then hired BodaBodas (motorcycle taxis) to take us the rest of the way (about another hour’s drive into the bush.)  We were happily greeted by a clan who knows Nadine well, as she travels there each year.  We had the opportunity to teach them about their loving creator; share some health tips; and Nadine’s organization provided the children with new backpacks and school supplies. It was a wonderful day that I felt so privileged to be a part of.  And, to top off the day, we were blessed with a beautiful sunset.
